Back Pain in the Workplace

Three in 10 workers with back pain have considered quitting their jobs as a result, according to research from Simplyhealth.

A survey from the employee health plan provider found that 27% of workers experienced back pain and 29% of those considered quitting their jobs as a result. Workplace absences are at a 10-year high, with almost 19 million days taken off for physical health problems alone - eight million of which are for back pain.
