NBE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR Karen Fenton My name is Karen Fenton, l have been working as a Health & Safety / Manual Handling Manager, for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. I have been working in my role for 24 years. I have IOSH and ROSPA as my up to date qualifications. I live in Slough, Berkshire as this is close to my work base. My professional goals are to complete NEBOSH and the Ergonomics and Human Factors Course. My personal goals is to be a good nan to my grandchildren (4) and support them in growing up and help them through the challenges life throws at you. And not to get too loud at football matches! My Values are to achieve in what l do. Have courage to take on the unknown. To ensure l offer friendship to all. To be honest. To understand and offer understanding. And ask if l don’t know. My mission statement is To help people, work together and to create value and make a difference.
