The novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) presents a significant challenge for the entire world.
Like most organisations, the NBE are closely monitoring the evolving situation and following the latest government advice as issued. Our priority is to continue to support our members throughout this challenging period, while looking after the health and wellbeing of our staff. This is particularly pertinent in the health and social care sector in which we operate.
The NBE is still very much open for business and will continue to provide core member services, but please bear with us if it takes us a little longer than usual to respond to some queries.
We appreciate that many local back exchange groups have postponed face to face meetings, and you may not be able to have the discussions locally that you are used to. If you have any issues, questions, concerns or topics you wish to discuss with your peers, the Members' Forum on the NBE website remains open. I, and the rest of the exec team will continue promote queries added to the forum on our social media platforms to ensure you get the help and support you need.
With the rapidly changing advice and information given by Government regarding Covid-19 the NBE would like to remind our members that you should follow your local policies, procedures and protocols and adhere to the latest Governmental advice as and when it is given.

I want to finish this note by thanking you for your efforts in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, and hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues remain safe and well.
